It might be worth checking with your doctor to see if there is anything they can recommend, but if you dont want to do that here is what works for me. Keep going to the gym if you do already, and if not, start. Do cardio, but also weights. A good weight program will help you put on bulk while keeping a really good definition. A good gym should have someone who will help you devise a workout. Also, eat healthily, dont binge on crap in the hope it will help you put on weight. Eat red meat to help build muscle and lots of carbohydrates. Just make sure that you complement it with lots of fruit and veg.
THe thing you didnt mention is how old you are - when i turned 20 my figure changed - i got more curves and had to work harder to maintain my figure when before i could eat anything and was as skinny as you.
But remember, you probably look gorgeous as it is, and as long as you are healthy dont let your weight get you down.

It funny how it seems acceptable to call people skinny yet if we call people fat thats a no no! it can be just as painful. People are very quick to judge you what ever your body shape. you see a thin girl and shes got an eating disorder, you see a larger girl and she must eat to much! Have you ever been to the doctors about your weight. They can help you with a nutrition plan (a friend of mine had the same problem and with her doctors help she gain a healthy stone and a half). There are also nutritonal milkshake drinks you can have to help gain weight. But I would recommend seeking advice. It sounds like you need to build your muscle mass . Are you a member of a gym? the fitness instructors there will be able to give you a work out plan to develope your muscles and even a healthy eating plan. Good luck. and remember as long as your healthy and eating a well balanced diet, you should be just fine.

If you have no parasites with normal hormones, Health organizations and McDonalds should looking for you by now. I heard it on CNN news about some research recently related to some useful bacteria in our digestive system preventing the absorption of fatty acids. An anti-bacterial drug or cortisone therapy should do it. Cortisone should make you hold more water. Such useful bacteria if it is, should be left alone.
However, seek your doctor's help. It could be a meat eating bacteria, consumption or something...!!!

Same here, which is good because we'll never be fat. Eat foods with carbohydrates, fat, and protein in them. And by the way, the people who are saying you have a disorder or some other problem are just jealous, because you don't. If you did, you'd be throwing up and wanting to lose weight. You're just naturally skinny, and you should be proud. Here's a website that I found a while ago that might help: http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/

If you use drinks such as Slim Fast and eat normal meals that may help you to gain a few pounds quicker. Don't eat lots of chocolate and other junk foods to gain weight as it will just rot your teeth and make you unhealthy.

there really isn't anything you can do u have a fast metabolism it sounds like to me. you could try lifting weights to tone your body so it doesn't look like your way too skinny and eating protein and carbs. don't lift too heavy of weights though cause you don't want to look like a bodybuilder the highest i would go would be like 10 lbs. my mom has the same problem shes 5 ft and 96 lbs and cant gain weight even after 4 kids. her doc told her to lift weights.

You want to gain weight? >.> wow thats kinda refreshing to hear nowadays. But don't overstuff your body to get fatter. You seem to be happy with the way you look since you called yourself pretty so I would just eat heathly and enjoy your extremely high metabolism.

Are you just sick of the normal diet plans were right after the diet regime end the further lbs are just coming and coming right after finish the diet plan? Are you encounter the truth that after your body gets used to a diet program then this diet program gets less effective over time due to the fact your physique adjusts to compensate?

Your problem may be that you too active. That means whatever you eat, your so active that you burn of the calories! Or you could have a disorder, talk to your doctor. Tell him/her everything about your routine and your daily life. Then he/she could diagnose you with a disorder. You could take medicine, try to be less active, or eat alot more of food with alot of carbs and calories. Don't do anything with out talking to your doctor about it. He/she can guide you through it. If you do eat to much of one type of food that makes you gain weight, then you could start having high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high chlosteral and a lot more. Or you might not know when to start or stop! Just talk to your doctor!!!!!
