But seriously, unless your "married" and the guys aren't interested in each other, its not going to happen. Just introduce them and see what happens unless you don't have any two guys in mind, then go to a club and start introducing yourself to couples.

Start your search with the term sexuality, and then refine it by seeking out threesomes or menage-a-trois. As to offending folks here, I don't really see how that would be possible.
On management of this, have you talked to your partner about this subject. Are they in agreement, and what is going to be the sexual makeup of this threesome.
