Lately I have been addicted to anime. Shows like Bleach, Naruto, Fate Stay Night, Ouran High School host club, fruits basket ect. Can anyone tell me other shows that are similar to these? I prefer japanese voice w/ english sub titles---Thanks ^ ^

One Piece and Hunter X Hunter are two great shounen series - Bleach and Naruto lovers will probably like these also.
Have not seen Fate Stay Night or Ouran High School. can't comment on these.
Fruits Basket...that was a good, cute, sweet series that I liked despite myself (the whole time I was watching it I was thinking "this is too cute/sweet, I should hate this!"). Anyway, some cute, funny shojo-ish series that I really liked include Kare Kano (aka His & Her Circumstances), Azumanga Daioh, and maybe the cute but somewhat obscure Risky Safety series.
Some of my favorite series... and these are more "thinking" series than straight up action: Evangelion (my favorite series), Ghost in the Shell (the movies and the TV series), and Paranoia Agent.
There are a ton of good anime series out there, so it's difficult to list all the best here in a single post. animeondvd.com has some good reviews of lots of releases and www.animenfo.com is another good site with lots of fan reviews of series.

Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge is kind of similar to Ouran. It's an ongoing series too. I would also recommend Death Note, because it is full of awesome.
