Glasses or contacts?

Question

Went to get new glasses yesterday and ended up getting these blue Armani's...here's a picture of them on me...

I almost got contacts, but everyone I know who has them says that they are annoying and not worth it. Are they that bad? Which would be better for me?

I wear glasses but I also have had contacts and I loved them. I like my contacts alot but you have to clean them with a cleaning solution at least once a week.That is more money to spend on the contacts. I can wear disposable contacts but I was wearing the ones that I take out every night. Keep the glasses but if you decide on contacts go to the eye doctor and talk to them. Some eye doctors have contacts that you can use for a trial period to see if you like them. It takes awhile to get use to wearing contacts.

It kinda depends on the person. Sometimes contacts irritate your eyes, sometimes they don't. Most of the time people have a pair of glasses and a pair of contacts and switch from one to the other. The costs a bit more money, but you can pick your favorite of the two. =] You do look good in those glasses though!

You look good in Glasses so I wouldnt worry about it
I have both, i used to wear my contacts all the time because i hated my glasses, but then my contacts caused me to get this huge eye infection which was gross and not fun at all because i could hardly see out of one eye.
I still wear my contacts sometimes tho, when im going out at night, or sometimes if im playing sport or whatever.

The glasses look fine, but contacts arn't bad at all. I have contacts and i refuse to wear my glasses! At first contacts may be weird, but you just get used to them. I loveee my contacts! Anyways, whatever you choose i'm sure you'll look fine!

i wore contacts for years ,,they were not much hassle,, just in the beginning to build up to wear them all day, that is all... If you can afford it,, i would recommend lasik eye surgery,, it is great,, no more glasses for me.(the only glasses i wear are cool sunglasses)..lol

fyi- i am over 40's,yes i do have to wear reading glasses for very fine print,, but that is only when i read...

It's true that some contacts are horrible but acuvue oasis arent bad at all they keep your eyes hydrated and you can order them online! plus now that you have your glasses you can wear them for new scenery :P

Glasses are way better
& plus you need to take care of the contacts a lot.
its such a pain in the neck dont get contacts trust me.!

i dont have the option of wearing contacts, i would if i could. but the glasses are fine too.

If it were me,
I'd get contatcs because I love the natural look they give.
It's your choice though,you do whatcha want.
You look ok in glasses,I think you'd look good in contacts too!

i think you should give contacts a try...my 21 yr old daughter, i s almost blind...she has to put her contacts in before she gets out of bed...she swears by them...they have so many great ones now, that they are comfy, and not much upkeep...you are young...and cute...try contacts, and give your eyes a chance to shine!...the young girls your age will go crazy over them!
