I am doing hip hop. Please give me a good answer.

yes ofcourse you should do it! you have practiced for it haven't you?
relax take deep breaths, make sure your have warmed up enough!
go through your routine once and when you are on stage just focus on your dance, and smile(or do teh face expression that you need to do for the type fo dance/music!)

Just do your best and show everyone you Love 2 Dance!! The audience is there to cheer you on, not to notice if you skip a step. Keep practicing, listen to the beat of the music, and you will be great!!!

Like an hour before the show practice your dances ,but after that don't think about it or else you'll mess up the steps in your mind. Please don't run through your mind side stage when you're about to go on. Just try to keep your mind busy with something else and think positive. IT WORKS FOR ME BEFORE COMPETITIONS.

relax. just breath. do a few relaxing techniques. stretch. get your mind off of it.
dont worry, just think about it: you wouldnt be in the recital if your instructor didnt think you could do it well.

first of all u can use spell check for the word nervous. next try meditation techniques. Yoga, tai chi, pilates all have relaxing movements as well. get yourself centered so u can have a strong performance (i had to spell check that word. lol)
