It sounds good, but you can't judge a power supply by the pure wattage. Sometimes companies just inflate the numbers, but others put more power on the +3.3V and +5V rails which don't power the video card, but do power your optical and hard drives. Personally I would choose something with a higher voltage single rail +12V at ~20amps (yours has two +12V rails at 14amps and 15amps), but this power supply will definitely work. I hope this answers your questions and will give you advice for your next power supply purchase.

430w is good. I would personally choose 500w minimum. This will safegaurd you if you want to upgrade other components later.

it doesnt matter what power supply you have for the video card?!?!?!?! just as long as you have an agp port in your comp.
