Outside court, Anjem Choudary, a former spokesman for Al Muhajiroan, said "This is a failure of capitalism, of democracy and the freedom of speech. Muslims are treated as second class citizens."

Freedom entails being responsible. The more irresponsible a person is the more of thier freedoms are taken away. This is what many people don't realize about freedom. This is why places like the USA have a social war is because many people think they can abuse their freedom to the detriment of other people. Responsiblity balances those who would abuse freedom.

Your other question is about Israel being superior just shows who you are.

Its actually the Jews who get preferential treatment. Did u see what happened to Mel Gibson when he used free speech and that too because he was drunk. The reason Mel was mad at the Jews because they put such hurdles when he made the movie Passion. When Jews can make holocaust movie then why can't the Christian make Christ movie. You see my point that its really the Jews who get preferential treatment.

You have to remember they still allow Nazi groups to march through streets of cities in the US. Those are some strong statements. I think it's not a good way to make a point when you're yelling they should bomb US. They should look back at civil rights movement during 60s up untill today and see if blacks in the US chanted bomb USA. Lot of silent sit ins, boycotts, and other methods without calling for deaths and destruction worked pretty well.

I always though that whole point of our system was to give everyone a voice despite their beliefs. Preferential treatment to anyone is a form of racism that shouldn't be tolerated in our society. Everyone should be treated as equals, no more or no less. If one gets made fun of, shouldn't they all. Why step lightly around muslims when everything else is made fun of in America, like christians, jews, gays etc. Come on now, why should they be an exception? The extremists need to grow up a little.

Is capitalism a failure? no that is been destroyed by technique of the political protectionism and adjusted with crony capitalism. Democracy is the technique of ways we decide on our representatives and is not the form of government shape we've, ours is a republic. A republic which the people have not been vigilant to maintain cronyism out of. Capitalism does not equivalent democracy, Capitalism equals economic freedom and accountability.

It is well-established law that inciting to riot is not protected free speech. No, this is not the failure of either capitalism or democracy. It is a recognition that individual freedoms must be limited to the extent that they violate other people's freedoms. Calling for bombing seems to me to qualify as "inciting to riot," or in this case, inciting murder. However, in the US, for this to be proved would, I think, take proving that a murder actually was committed as a result of the speech. Inciting to riot would not be as difficult to prove, because clearly there was a riot there, and the media would have videotape of the fact.

We have a problem in Canada and the USA over the inlow of people from various countries. They do not understand anything except the army, force, and violence. Their countries survive on "force" by the army and the government to do things including following their religion.
The muslim people are forced to read and memorize their religion daily. We do not downgrade them...they downgrade themselves by their behaviour and justify it by telling us that we consider them second class!!!

In their own country they are second class!!!! The division of relgious groups makes them fight against themselves and downgrade certain groups and marry their first cousins in fear of spreading their intelligence and wealth to another family!!!! They are SECOND CLASS FROM THE TIME THEY ARE BORN WITH THEIR THINKING AND ATTITUDES.
