The psp supports Sony's Location Free. You need to buy the base (it's like 200 bucks). It allows you to watch your TV or DVR anywhere you have internet access.
It works like slingbox but on your psp as long as your firmware is updated.

if you have a tivo, get the tivo adapter for you psp
if you don't, you can use your ps3 if you have one
