An ex friend's boyfriend won over £200k on bingo, had 2 cheap holidays, bought her a secondhand car and went to Vegas to gamble. Within a year it was all gone. He now drives a van as a courier working for someone else. What a waste!!!!!

Yes it was a waste, but I recon I could spend £200k in a day. I would buy a house so that would not be a waste, but money does not go that far these days, and although you may consider what he did wasteful he enjoyed himself and that counts for a lot. Life is short. Spend spend spend is my motto

Depends! My husband blew 30k in 3 months!
It was from the sale with his ex. Had a great time and when else would you get to enjoy yourself like that without a care in the world.
He might be happy in his van as courier! Bet he had a fab time getting there!

NO never have but l can dream l guess !! I could certainly find a lot of things to do with that amount of money. A lot more useful things than your friend did. Yes you are right. What a waste and a shame that it wasn't me !!!!!!

I won 100,000 in a lottery and bought a house and
a new car, I guess you could say I blew it but I still have

i had 120,000,two years ago, spent some of it on bikes booze and women, and wasted the rest. what is more if i had that sort of money again i,d do exactly the same things
