http://yhbt.mine.nu/ is the website for Dattebayo Fansubs. They have released up to episode 214-215 fansubbed in English, and are pretty quick with releasing an English version shortly after it airs in Japan.
As to why you want to watch these crappy new episodes I cannot answer - Naruto has sucked pretty hardcore ever since it drifted away from the manga plotline. I would suggest finding the manga online and reading that instead.
