Ohio child support-- Quick pay program Mastercard?

Okay, so I sent in my form for the ohio child support Quick pay program where they put the money on a debit mastercard...
Can my son use this card, I put his name on it...I just need to know if he will need a picture id or just sign the reciept?

most placing you go dont ask for id just the pin number

i have one,if i wanted my son to use it i would just have to give him the card and the pin.
