I first developed the lower abdomen pain after intercourse last wednesday, and now it wont go away, I've had the pain for the last four days, I cant do normal things like walk or even cough without experiencing tremendous pain.

It might be that the uti spread and now you have a bladder infection. If you are in that much pain I really think the emergency room is where you need to be.....not Yahoo Answers.
