I always use this one photo editing program that came with my Microsoft operating system but now I can't think of the name of it...PLEASE HELP ME!!! Most schools also have it on their computers...

I think you're referring to Microsoft Photo Editor? (Although apparently Microsoft has discontinued support. See the link below)
