how do i know if my email has been stolen?

say for example my email is [e-mail].

if i am recieving an email from [e-mail] TO [e-mail] . and i am not sure if my email has been stolen. and if it was stolen what should i do?

That just means like you have out your emailin your address book and are sending your self emails when you like forward something to other people you email is in that group. it is not stolen.
