does anyone know a site where i can uplaod a video over 100 mb?
ive been looking but cant find one. and i tried to just send it to the person directly but i cant do that either cause its too large, AND i dont have the programs i need to make it smaller.

There are many programs to "shrink" the file size of videos. That would probably be your best option. Some are free, some are not. I recommend using AVS video converter. Its not a free one - but its so simple to use and does a nice job that its worth the price.
If this is something you might use more than once you might want to consider buying it. If its a one time thing i would try to find another solution.

I have the answer for you! What you need is Pando! This program allows you to transfer files clear up to 1GB of information via their E-mail. You and The person you are sending the file to must have Pando. It is a free program that Yahoo messanger even uses as an add on. Here is the site for you!

You can use free software such as virtualdub and the xvid codec to make it smaller. Try taking a look on videohelp (link below)
