What do if you love someone else?

My friend asked me this the other day, kinda perplexed me, now i wanna know. he asked if he was married but yet felt the same kind of feelings for some one else, what should he do. I didn't know what to tell him, i just changed the subject. help?

Apparently he´s not totally happy with his wife. I´d respectfully suggest to him to talk more to his wife in order for him to understand why he´s beginning to stray at least mentally away from her. Counteracting the possibility of astraying her.
