I like a lot of music, but one of my favorites singers is Mike Comfort...he's not a huge recording star (yet!). There is something about his music that I fell in love with right away. He's played in my hometown, and plays other little venues.
As far as more well known artists like a lot of the oldies, Neil Diamond in particular, he has so much soul and meaning behind his lyrics and in his voice..his music really gets me.
More recent artist I love is Christina Aguilera...she is goind back to the roots of music, and once again you can feel her passion in her music, a lot of stars these days don't have that.
I also like Taylor Hicks, probably because of the soul, and feeling his passion for doing what he does!

I like Aly&AJ, Drake Bell, Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus and JoJo because they have good music, good lyrics and are all positive influences

I don't think I could pick just one artisit I liked better. There are so many great singers and songs, it is really hard to narrow it down. I think the songs I like the most are the ones that touch my life in some way or that relate to me. There are some songs that can make you want to cry or that make you think or just make you feel good, and those are the ones I like.

When you get a chance to find some of his music, check him out.
He's written some of the best music in the industry for years and a good number of performers you do know, are covering his work.
