I would say Fifa 07 when you are not so serious or just having fun.
When it's time to get serious I break out the Winning Eleven 9.

Fifa is more user friendly and easier to play. Winning Eleven 9 is a lot more challenging. I guess it depends on what you want.

fifa, winning eleven is more like a japanese game, with some names spelled wrong, missing some teams, and no announcers or anything.
