ok..........my friend Nick has a birthday close to mine. He is like my big brother. His birthday is 5 days before mine. We laugh and crack jokes all the time so i thought i would get him something funny as a joke. I bought him a Barbie pez thing to make him laugh. He was asking me what i wanted and i told him some stuff from hot topic or something. Then he was asking me if 2 shirts were ok. Im kinda scared now cause i dont know if he is serious or not. to get to the point should i get him something better or should i not worry about it???? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?!?

i would get him somthing kind of nicer but keep the barbie thing and wrap it!
give it to him and be like it cost so much so this is all i got you.
after he opens it wait a few mins and be like no im just kidding here and give him the nicer thing that way if he was joking around then you can just return it!

If he's like a brother to you, then it really shouldn't matter. You guys crack jokes all the time so the barbie pez dispenser is pretty funny. If you go out and buy him something that you think will compete with the gift he bought you, then he may feel like he could've gotten you something better. So the point is to just give him the gift you already have and he should understand why you bought it for him. Explain things. Communication is the key.
