I know I am. No I am not 14 I lied to keep a certian someone from harrasing me. I've told my parents they where pissed at first but we worked things out. I'm getting married to my babies father and will move in with him. My mama is coming from France. Should we still have a baby shower even though the baby was unplannned?

So, how old are you and how old are your children? If your question is what should you do . . . I think you should look at your situation and decide what's best for the baby. Is what's best that this baby live with you? In another question you were afraid your boyfriend had molested your daughter. Is that the guy you intend on marrying? If that's the kind of home you intend to raise your children in, you should seriously consider adoption. I'm not sure a 13 or 14 year old girl can raise a baby with out support from a mother that is living with her. I don't want to sound cold, but just give you a reality check. As far as the shower - I'd say no. An unplanned pregnancy by someone that is 18 or older would be a different story.

If you want to have a baby shower, then go ahead and have one. Just because the baby was a surprise doesn't mean you can't do all the things woman do when they are pregnant. It would probably be a great help to get things for the baby.
I'm glad to hear that your parents put their anger aside and worked things out. You should consider yourself lucky they did that. I've known girls who's parents kicked her out for being pregnant at a young age.
If you love your boyfriend and think you two can be happy then its great that you are going to be married and raise the baby together. I hope your parents continue to help you even when you leave and I hope the same for his parents. It's a lot of work to have a child at any age, never mind being a young mother. It will take a lot of patience and responsibility to care for your precious baby but it will be worth it!
Congratulations to you and your boyfriend! I know you will give all the love you can to your child. I wish you all the luck in the world!!

I have 2 kids and one on the way im only 22 years old and yes im married. I got married at 17years old after are first kid and we are happy. people think that young kids should not have kids then why did god give us are period at such a young age? back in the old days kids got married at your age. Just remember one thing, the first 2 years will be hard but stick with it and go to CHURCH live for GOD and you both will make it. also finish school or get your g.e.d

If you are keeping the baby than yes you should have a baby shower. What does it matter if the baby was planned or not? Many married adults become pregnant when they weren't "planning" on having a baby. The unplanned part isn't a huge deal. Good Luck and Congratulations :)

All things happen for a reason. Just because the baby was unplanned doesn't mean the baby is a mistake. Have the party since you know soon you're going to have a blessing. Instead of worrying what to do now that you know you're having a baby, thank God that he gave you the opportunity to help him bring life into this world.

What should you do? Say good bye to your life and have fun being grounded for the next 18 years of your life.

You should have a baby shower because being 13 years old you cannot even work. How old is your boyfriend?
Anyhow do what you want.

Perhaps you should think of having a small and simple shower. Invite only people you feel like you for who you are not what you have. I guess having a baby shower is still be a good idea. It also depends on you guys because maybe you're not ready to announce it to everyone yet.
Good Luck. :)

so now 2 babies at 13 or 14, depending on the day you post, didn't learn the first time, no wonder your step mom was trying to keep tight control of you, she's not the crazy witch you made her out to be, you're the little slut she was trying to keep from getting pregnant again.
personally i think you are full of crap and playing games

You can not get married at 13, even with your parents consent.

And as for the baby shower, your call.

I know I would not have a baby shower for an underage or unmarried girl.
