i really like this guy and were really good friends. we have a big formal dance coming up at the end of the month and i wanna know if i should ask him! he knows i like him and he says he doesnt like me but its hard to tell if he's telling the truth or not, cuz he flirts or seems like he's flirting all the time! he liked this other girl but know he hates her cuz she lied to him and played him! so what should i do?? i want to ask him but idk i've been thinking about it all week!

He told you in his words that "he doesnt like you". He probably just likes the attention he is getting while you both are flirting. You are stroking his ego and who doesnt like attention? I would find someone else who says " I like you and want to be with you".

Start overly flirting with him. If he starts to hang out with you even more or starts flirting back, ask him. If he sort of blows you off, move on.
If you do ask and he says no, then make him jealous and hang ALL OVER his best friend. He might realize what he lost and go after you.

you won't have rest till he answers you , so ask him if he loves you or not , but if you did so , you should be prepared for any kind of answers , you should know and realize that he might say no again , (as he did in the first place) .. or he might say yes.
after all you want your heart to be reliefs , otherwise you wouldn't ask the question .

do something really sweet for him, like help him get over this girl (cuz deep down he really does still like her) by taking him out for a milkshake or something and just talking. how often do you guys talk? during your "talking", just say something like "hey, there's a dance coming up, and i know you still like whatsherface, but i was wondering if you would go with me"
