Your brief comments indicate you understand much about the opportunity you now face. It's gonna hurt so allow it - a convenient mistake would be to mask the pain with a bunch of stunts or gimmics. Use the time to nurture yourself. Cook for you, the way you like it. Treat yourself like only you can - candle lit baths (I do'nt know what pleases your soul) but, find those personal things and time for you.
It would be a disservice to yourself to rush healing.
Inventory, evaluate, meditate, luxuriate. Love you for now and begin to cultivate and own the love you have shared. Find love again, first with yourself. Let time work it's way through you. Cry - and smile again. You are the love that has been lost.
