I've linked Ann Rice's Wiki page, listing her entire catalog, including those under her pen names.
She has written 3 adult themed books under the name A. N. Roquelaure. They are: The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty (1983)
Beauty's Punishment (1984)
Beauty's Release (1985)
They are loosely based on the charactor Sleeping Beauty.
There is no reference to any books based on Little Red Riding Hood.
