This would require an additional remote program, such as gotomypc.com, and access to the security program (net nanny or cyber patrol) would have to be configured to be allowed access by the remote program.

Also, there is a feature in Windows called "remote desktop" (which you can research and learn about at the Microsoft website) which can allow access to a different computer's desktop.

You might want to look into those options.
