Okay I've noticed that when I stretch my back and neck I start to see black and my head starts to hurt and I have to stop stretching. Is this normal and if not what is it?

Yeah and if it was a blood clot would the fact that almost every night I wake up with numb arms because I've been cutting off my circulation is that just my fault, or could it be that the circulation is being cut off easier because of a blood clot?

You are stretching/bending your neck so far that you are constricting blood flow through the carotid arteries, thus causing your feelings of blacking out. Quit doing that so severely and it will go away.

You may have a blood clot somewhere. I was seeing black and didn't know what it was and went to the emergency room expecting a shot or some pills and 45 minutes later I was on the table getting a clot removed from one of my heart chambers. Or you can find some 100,000 heat unit cayenne(chili) powder and put about a half a teaspoon in a warm cup of water. Over about twenty minutes drink it down. Do this three times a day and in about a week you won't have any problems with eliminations or seeing black when you stretch.

I used to get those when i wasn't eating enough. I get dizzy and my head starts hurting. Maybe your not eating enough? Or your really tired?
