The only way this could possibly happen is if a girl gives a guy oral, they kiss, and then he gives her oral. Even then, the chances are extremely minimal. If all you do is give a man oral sex, though, there's NO way to get pregnant by that. Sperm will be eaten by the acids in the stomach, and besides, there's no path from your mouth to your fallopian tubes in order to fetilize an egg.
