Well they are both hurtful, but I think words are worst because you will always remember what someone said or called you. Words cut deep and last longer. Besides, you can always forgive or forget a person's actions, never their words.

Actions like getting hit with a tire iron. Words are just that-words.

However, actions speak louder than words. Like when you profess your love for someone...and they don't respond back. Or when you lean in for a kiss, and they turn away. I think those moments really hurt.

Words can be hurtful by the ones you love most. When it comes to total strangers...I can care less what they have to say to me.
