I love MAC kohl pencil in Smolder and the Fibre Rich Mascara. I don't know if they carry MAC at the Sephora in your area. Another brand I like is Urban Decay. They have great eyeliners and they have a mascara called Big Fatty Lashes. Its in a purple tube with yellow and orange psychedelic print on it. They have Urban Decay at Sephora. They have hundreds of great brands in that store. When you go just take your time and look around.

i exploit Barry M liquid eyeliner on the best lid and a kohl pencil from the comparable variety on the backside. My mascara is benefit undesirable Lash- I not at all afflicted with mascara plenty till i got here across that, it rather is particularly dark and does not go clumpy. it rather is somewhat high priced nevertheless.

I've been using Estee Lauder black eyeliner for a long time now and it is the best............it has a sponge on the tip and it is really black and stays like that just like I like it. I honestly get people constantly asking me what eyeliner I use and have all my friends using it.......it costs about $18 but it lasts forever. As far as mascara I had trouble finding a good one and I just started using Lancome and I love it........try it, it's really good and costs around $20.

There are many brands in the market. Depending on what you're looking for, e.g. smudgeproof, waterproof, makes your lashes longer, thicker, etc... All brands are similar. The consideration is your budget. Don't ever think that expensive brands must be good. This is not true. Generally for expensive brands you pay for the packaging which is useless. Be sensible and choose one that suits your budget. Black looks good on blue eyes as well as dark brown. You may try midnight blue to compliment your eyes too.

I personally think that Estee Lauder eyeliners are great. They don't smudge throughout the day and they are easy to blend to give you that smokey eye. My favorite mascara is the Volume Express double wand mascara by Maybelline. I have oriental eyes and the Maybelline mascara really opens them up!

For mascara, My personal fave is Cover Girl Lash Exact. With other mascaras, they would usually clump and this one really doesn't! I Love it!
As for eyeliner, I used to have pencils, etc. in all kinds of colours that I soon hated. I found a trick: use a slanted brush (with firmer bristles) and wet it (with water - I use a spray bottle - - saliva is unsanitary) and use it with your favourite dark eyeshadow. Then have fun and experiment with different colours.

avoid covergirl as mascara, it will damadge your eye, maybelline and loreal are the best, lash stylist by maybeline is bit extreme, it makes it look really bold, i have blue eyes too and i used that one and really made my eyes stand out. im not sure which way you wnt to go with makeup if you want the natural look or colorful or bronzed or goth, but right now im on the natural/bronze, black mascara, black eyeliner, abit of bronzed cheecks and clear gloss and im out the door. all my make up is mabeline, even power and eyeshadow, everything

I personally think Lancome is the best for eye liner and Mascara. It maybe a little expensive but it lasts and it's really good quality. The best eye liner they sell is the Art liner which is about $37 and about the same for the mascara, it all depends where you buy it from, check out ebay. http://www.ebay.com

Sephora has pretty good brands. Cover Girl, Maybelline, and Loreal are good brands. M.A.C is too. That mascara is very good and Dior is an awesome brand.

MAC is the brand i use for makeup.... it is pricey but its worth it because it stays on all day and it lasts for a long time...I never use eye pencil for my eyes... it seems that my skins sticks to the pencil....i use a fine thin brush (by MAC) and a dark brown eye shadow....(also by MAC)... i've had this eye shadow and eye brush for 2 years and both cost were $32.00 (USD) once you start using MAC you'll never try on another makeup brand again...I highly recommend it
