Wow, thats tall! I'm thinking your asking about what position you should play. Well, given your height and weight, I'd say you should try wide reciever. People love recievers, and the average cornerback is 6'0'', so there wouldnt be a lot of people that could cover you. You'd have to work on speed and balance, and hand-eye coordination is important, of course. Hope that was helpful.

In the pros the only position you would be considered for is WR, or QB if you have a good arm. However, given the undersized condition of our British amateurs compared with the NFL, you might end up anywhere! Skill and speed is more important than size (although good luck being a 5'6" WR with good hands) - there's no point playing WR if you can't catch, but if you can tackle you could make it in the secondary.
The tallest TE I've ever heard of in the NFL was Morris Stroud, who was 6'10", #280 and played for Kansas City in the 60s. KC used to run small RBs in the I-formation behind a huge OL and sometimes put the TE as an up-back, but had to stop this when Stroud played as nobody could see anything :)

An almost 9 minute mile is dirt slow. Hit the weights and run wind sprints EVERY DAY. I don't know what position you'll play, but you won't start unless you're at a very small school and football isn't popular. Our school didn't cut anyone from the freshman team though, so you should get on the roster. If you try out this year, and work out hard in the gym and really study what you need to know to play, you might be in the lineup on the JV team next year. If you're too impatient to do that you don't deserve to be on the team.

You should play wide receiver if you are fast, which you probably are being only 225 at 6'8". You would probably be the QBs favorite target. You could probably jump up and catch a lot of passes over the corners. You would be a threat in the endzone on jump balls as well.

If you're not from this country, learn the game before even thinking about trying to play. Coaches have short fuses if you can't learn their plays. If you know you can run fast, try being the first 6'8" wide reciever.

America would be a good starting point. :D
Seriously, ask around your town or check the local newspaper. There are probably some little leagues that would take you in. No matter how good you are, you can't start big. Good luck!

You should play basketball...but if you're fast and have soft hands, go for wide receiver or tight end

It depends how old you are/skill level. You might be able to find some teams and/or leagues in your area.
