All you have to do is line the top and bottom of your eyes and add mascara. On the top, draw a thin line close to the lash-line (when you make thick lines, it makes your lashes look shorter), and then on the bottom either use a dark brown eye pencil or shadow. If your inexperienced with makeup, stick to the eye pencil, and just do the same as the top: line really close to the lashes. To use the shadow, get a stiff, slanted, eye shadow brush. Scrape the shadow with the brush, and then "push" the brush against you lash-line. You can fix any mess-ups with a wet Q-tip. For mascara, go ith a lengthening one, like Lash Discovery or Sky High Curves by Maybelline.
It's a very simple process, and you'll get the look you want.

for the makeup....first you get mascara and carefully put it on.and in the pic it looks like she isnt wearing anymore eye makeup. and how to get her eyes to look like yours you can always look in the mirror and try to look like hers....oh ya you can always print the photo and show it to a make up artist.
