Depends on how many pop apart, and how deep the cut and where its at. I would go to the drug store and buy tape made for stitches. Usually comes in narrow strips. Place over the cut area to hold skin together. It may scar in that area. It will heal, but may scar. so place tape tight and carefully straight. Keep
dry. And leave it on. Have your nurse or doctor ck. it.

Wouldn't advise just leaving it, best see your GP.

Obviously can't be too serious or you would have seeked medical help but it will scar if the stitches popped open and take longer to heal.

not very well - the point of stiches is to bring a big gap together for as little a scar as possible - the open wound would take a long time to heal and may leave a bad scar!

not unless the stitches have completely closed the wound before they came apart.

You should really see the surgeon who did the surgery. They are not sdesigned to do this nd if the wound is not healed inside, you may introduce bacteria in it...besides the scr will be very ugly if the incision edges are not approximated.

It depends on how long you have had the stitches. You can also use bandages or tape to make what is called a butterfly bandage, that holds your skin together.
