HI! i need help with my computer router today i was trying to install the following router a linksys 4 port switch for my dsl connection the box says for dsl connection so i know thats not the probelm when i was installing it got to 99% and said it needs a password and that the defult password is admin but when i typed in admin 12 sec l8r i'm back at that same screen! whats the problem
the only thing i can think of is this a while ago i was forwarding my ports so i could setup my video game server and it said change password tere to but i can't remember what i changed it to any help would be apprectiated tks in advance

i would advise doing a factory restore on the router, then choose to change the admin password, to something else. if it still sticks i would advise contacting linksys and see what they say.
