both-becuz they're beauty is way different,most Argentinians have creamy light beautiful skin with a pair of light brown to blue almond-shaped eyes and peach toned lips,most Brazilians have a beautiful physique and beautiful dark complexion with amazing bouncy hair.

The average Argentinian is more beautiful than the average Brazilian, but there are more very beatiful women in Brazil than in Argentina. There are lots of very ugly people in Brazil. Argentina is more homogeneous
By the way, both countries, specially Brazil, are very diverse racially. So to talk about "Brazilians have beautiful darker complexions" is quite a generalization.

you can't say Argentinian women are more beautiful just because you met some beautiful women and they happened to be Argentinian but yeah some of Argentinian women are very beautiful

Depends on what you consider beautiful.
Like, darker skin or blue eyes or etc...
Just do a little research on what most women there look like. But remeber not ALL of them look like that.
