You should see a doctor..when was the last time you had your period? it could be an ectopic (tubular) pregnancy...or any number of things...

If these are not menstrual cramps that can be alleviated with a heating pad over the abdomen and a couple of Advil, then you need to get to the doctor ASAP as it could be an ulcer, appendix, who knows.

Take care and be well soon.

If you are sexually active, it is imperative to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease (aka endometritis - not to be confused with endometriosis) or other concern. You should see your doctor anyway to discuss these symptoms and obtain proper diagnosis and treatment to help you feel better...you don't have to suffer. You do not need parental permission or accompaniament to see your primary care or obgyn doctor, so go ahead and have a friend take you if you are unable to drive yourself. Feel better.
