A transcript is basically a printout of your education history with a particular institution. It includes your dates of enrolment, classes you took, and the marks you obained. If you are applying to a university they will ask you for your high school transcript.

Transcripts are like report cards, but they only show the final grade you received for a class. High School and College transcripts will follow you forever, letting other colleges and universities know which classes you took and how well you did.

It shows stuff like your Grade Point Average (GPA), the courses you have taken since 9th grade and your grades in those courses, your attendence, community service hours, and various information about yourself (your student ID, address, and other info) and your school (basically just the address and the principal's name).
