what's the wrist action of vince carter and tmac?

whenever vince carter and tmac does a good dunk or something, they do something with their wrists like starting a motorcycle, what does that mean?

I don't see t-mac do it often. Especially since he's been injured for the past two seasons a lot. But I do see Vince do that motorcycle rev. He does it to just kind of show off and show that he is revved and hyped, like when you start a motorcycle. He's been doing it for quite a while after his dunks. It's kind of like football and when the receivers make a touchdown they do their touchdown dances.
