Step 1: Moisturizer - Put a non-perfumed moisturizer on you face and neck. (Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer is really good)

Step 2: Concealer - If you have spots or marks on your face, put on a concealer on the marks. Let it dry for 5 minutes. (Try NYC concealer)

Step 3: Liquid Foundation - put some on your face and rub it in on your face and neck using your fingers. (Try L'Oreal Infallible)

Step 4: Dry Power or Wet (try Cover Girl Aqua Smooth) - put it on your face and neck.

Step 5: Eyeshadow - I'd suggest a dark colour like charcoal black on half your eyelids. (Try Covergirl, they also have them in pencil forms which are easier to use)

Step 6: Eyeliner - I only line the top of my eyelid. But if you choose to put it underneath as well, then I'd suggest you don't put on any eyeshadow. (Try NYC)

Step 7: Mascara - apply 2-3 coats at once; don't wait for it to dry !! (Covegirl Lash Exact, it doesn't create clumps, gives definition and volume)

Step 8: Lip Line - line the lips using a any shade you like (I'd go for a rose colour) (Try Wet n Wild shades)

Step 9: Lipstick - fill in the same colour lipstick within the lining (Try Wet n Wild shades)

Step 10: Blush On - smile and put some blush on, on the apple of your cheeks... (Try Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Blush Ons)

You're ready to go out !!

makeup should enhance your features, help show what you already have, like make your greenish grey eyes stand out, or cover blemishes.
It is often a mistake to put too much makeup on, so go lightly.
Also, get a good cleanser to take off the makeup at night, and you will need eye make up remover too that is special for the sensitive area of your eyes.
Here is a good web site that explains the things that you want to know:
http://www.ehow.com/list_1057.html
Try out different things and see how they look.
Basically, you probably want to start off with a concealer to hide blemishes, a light cover foundation, and maybe a compact powder to set everything in place. That`sfor your face. Then for your eyes, there are eye shadows for your lids and eyeliners for around your eyes and mascarra for your lashes. Lipstick for your lips can be sometimes too harsh for daytime, you may want to try a coloured lip glaze or balm.
Experiment!
Good luck and have fun!

Hi, well you could opt for black mascara and black eye liner because my friend has green eyes and that is what she does! always try and look as natural as possible only apply concealer where necessary to hide blemishes and spots and apply blush to the bones of your cheeks and obviously dont forget the lip gloss. but more importantly always wash your face with a good face wash I recomend clean and clear because its cheap and totally works, use a face scrub once a week and moisturise youre skin even if you have oily skin use a cream especially for oily skin! good luck and I am sure you will look great and remember to always feel confident! I would also suggest you asking a friend to help you! you do not have to say I dont know how to put make up on just say I love the way you do your make up would you mind showing me how? also there are many magazines that teach you and even tell you the right colours and tones to use! and remember as cheesy as this sound practice makes perfect!

i have the perfect solution! if you have a lil bit of money that is...go to the nearest store that supplies make up and bye some conceler (it covers up scars, acne, red marks, or freckles) just apply it on top of thoes spots NOT ALL OVER! then after you've applyed conceler get some CoverGirl Whipped Foundation (it's amazing) find one that is close to your skin color and apply all over...it takes less than a finger tip size to cover a large area (so don't use too much) after u've applyed foundation you can get powder to put on top...again i reccoment covergirl! get the same color as you did for the whipped foundation...and just apply the powder all over...for your eye make up....use the conceler that you purchased and put a small amount on you eyelid(just the part that your eyeball is in) on top of that pick a light brown, or baby pink (depending on what you look like) both will look great!! purchase black eyeliner ( CoverGirl again :D) apply the eyeliner directly above your eyelashes (even on top of them if u can) and apply it on ur lower eye lid on near the bottom lashes (not under the bottom lashes tho!!) right above them...it will tickle the first time and you probably will squirm but u'll get used to it....after that apply your mascara (preferably, black or brown) and i hope u know how do that ;)....for your lips (if your interested) put the powder that you used earlier and put some on your lips (dont lick them!) then use chapstick on top of the powder on ur lips...after that apply a clear lipgloss (with clear, u can never go wrong!!) and cheeks!! use a light bronzer (use very little) when you apply it to a blush brush....smile as big as u can so u can c your cheek bones....or u can make a "fish face" and put it on that bone that shows....good luck!! you'll look beautiful! and other questions you can e-mail me if you'd like

First of all, only use what you need! If you have perfect skin, go bare; if you have some redness or blemishes, you'll want to use some foundation. The most important tip about foundation (base) is this: make sure it matches your skin!!! To ensure you don't have an unsightly "makeup line" after applying foundation all over your face (use your hands as if you were putting moisurizer on your face) wet your finger tips or dampen a makeup sponge to blend outward to your hairline and neck. Then, if you need it, apply a concealer that matches your skin and foundation to any blemishes and under eyes to cover dark circles. Set your foundation and concealer with a powder. For blush, with your hair and eye color, i'd go with a plum-tinted blush if you have darker skin, and a peachy-pink blush if you have fair skin. If your skin is oily, lay off the shimmer, even though it is "in." Oily skin produces plenty of shimmer on its own. Since you're young, don't wear really heavy eye makeup- it'll make you look like you're trying too hard. Go with natural colors. For example, apply a light almost skin-toned shadow from lashline to eyebrow, and apply a darker brown to the crease of your eyelid and blend, blend, blend so you don't look like you painted it on. I don't use eyeliner, but instead use a very small brush (called a smudge brush- get it at target) to apply dark eyeshadow (the color you use in your crease) to line my eyes. This will give you a more modern smoky look. You will have some 'falloff' after applying shadow- bits of eyeshadow that will fall and land under your eyes. Don't rub it; instead, blow, or lightly brush off so you don't have dark spots under your eyes. Apply 1 or 2 coats of mascara. If you apply 2, wait until the first dries, or you'll end up with clumpy lashes. If you need to fill in your eyebrows, get an angled brush with stiff bristles (also at target) and use a matte eyeshadow color that matches your brows. Don't use liner, it looks too fake. And remember, if you go heavy on the eye makeup, go natural on your lips; if you wear a brighter or darker lipstick, don't wear dark eye make up. If you want some color, purple, violet, and plum shadows will look great with your green eyes. And remember, you can go to any makeup counter and ask for help- they'll be glad to show you how it's done. Good luck and I'm sure you'll look beautiful!

foundation- goes all over the face
blend in well

blush- [the hard one] smile in the mirror and apply to check bones
practice to see where it looks good to you

eyeshadow- purple would look great or gold / bronze
stay away from pinks
apply to the lid of eyes
if you have big lids[me] put it on lower lid it is a dark color

eyeliner- stay close to the eye
put on top and bottom lid
try a chocolate or gray

mascara- goes on lashes
use brush and swipe neatly
try a brown if you dont want to go too dark

check out a book called Making Faces by Kevin Auccion. He is a total makeup genius. He'll show you the basics and the harder looks (like smoky eyes) with sketches showing the steps. It's how I started.

when trying to get the "look" from pictures of celeb's and everything you have to know the secret like cleansing your skin can make all those dry skin cells out,and so your face won't look pale.it will look natural. now you have to get a cleanser maybe from a drug store or something, get a cleanswer that has, salicylic. and whne done cleansing make sure in the morning you wash your face, and then wash your face at night, and never ever leave makeup on when going to bed!
now when having those pimples, the easiest thing to do is not poke it. right away use a pimple zapper,( i made that up!) you can but Oxy ,it is a company that has small bottles with brown liquid that you put on skin ,it helps heal it and it also hids the pimple.
now that your face is clear you have to remember that pimples don't go away jst like that! you have to be patient!
now that you have the face clean ,and fresh ,and wet ,and then dryed you are ready !
you skin has to be treated like a baby :cared for every min.. so take foundation ,or powder as your base. if you want foundation do this: put dabs of foundation on your face.then rub it gently on your skin.and when you are done you will notice a really big shine. you only want natural shine and not caked on shine.so take a powder that has your skin tone, and take those big powder brushes ,and buff away those caked on shine, you should always look like you have natural skin, not caked on skin.so now then , if you hate the foundation idea you can go with with this idea: take a mostrizer, like Olay Quench Therpy. now rub on your face ,let dry. then put powder that matches your skin tone, and buff away the the shine from lotion.when you do your cheeks bones use a powder that has meduim to dark tone, and just make a small tap on the brush ,and put the powder all over your face and maybe a little on your neck !

next with your eyeliner! i love how LOREL products they really makes my time putting makeup fasster, just buy a liquid liner that has a pointy brush ,and a really sharp pencil liner.now then, take the pencil liner, and go really close to lash line and go just a tiny bit away from inner eye. now then make athin line and move slowly.....WAIT! stop halfway ,you don't want to go all the way at the end.now then take the liwuid liner and make a straight face and put your hand on your cheek, and make sure you have that striaght face ,and close your eyes slightly so you can see where you put the eyeliner. now trace over the pencil liner. now you can go all the way at the end passing the half way line. Wait don't make a wing!,now take a eye shadow that is drk brown ,and make sure it is not cheap, because some cheap eye shadow tends to not work well. okay so now if you think that you put to think or to wide of a line use eyeshadow to cover itand then take shimmer brown eye shadow, and glaze it lighly on your eye ,and now here the hard part, take a small dap of non-shimmer brown eyeshadow. and put it unnder your eye,you have to do it LIGHTLY!!!!!!!

Blush:take a very light pink with NO shimmer and lighly glaze it oon your cheek bone.

lips: choose a color that really suits you and make sure it makes you comfortbale wearing it ,on the picture shje is wearing knitted sweater that is light pink, and so is her lipstick so you can do that ,but i say that light brown ,and orangest lipstck will look stunning, and you can see ,it has no shine on the picture, so if you are one of those people were shine is not your thing don't put it then ,usea lipstck that suties you , i wear this brown and drak ornage color on my lips!

MASCARA: put mascara ,very lightly you never want to look like you have heavy makeup! so put little mascara and do top and bottem lashes.

suggesttions, use eye shadow that matches your eyes ,or you can pick a color from your clothing you were and pick a color from your clothing and use that color for your eyeshdaow, and you should tottally try useing two colros or three, Q-tips are really hlpful when putting eyeshadow or to rub some excess makeup.

Less is deffinately more for a 15 year old. That said go to covergirl.com or any other make up brand site, they have training on how best to match colors and also how to apply them. Hope this helps you out.

Ok! First of all you dont have to put foundation. With a brush light brush the blush on you cheeks. Just a little. Put on eyeliner, then eye shadow and then mascara. Its not hard. You just have to play around with it.
