The doctor prescribed Welbutrin. I have never heard of that being used as a treatment for impotence. Can it actually help impotence?

He is not being treated for depression. He is taking Testim for hypogonadism. I don't know why the doctor will not prescribe Viagara.

The doctor may not be prescribing viagra for reasons relating to your husband's medical condition, or he may want to try anti depressant first.

In any event I also recommend penis exercises which will help your husband regain his vitality and become more virile.
May he always be healthy!

Welbutrin is an antidepressant. Most antidepressants cause libido problems for both men and women. Libido problems in men generally show up as erectile dysfunction and/or impotence, there is a difference. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get and maintain a normal penile erection. Impotent men can sometimes get an erection, but they cannot ejaculate semen. It's a subtle but specific difference. Viagra is prescribed for erectile dysfunction.

The "morning wood" statement is something different entirely. Many mature men do not wake up with erections every day like a teenager. These are usually not sexual, by the way. It usually happens because the man needs to urinate.

No. Wellbutrin is for depression and may in fact be part of the problem, as it can cause erectile dysfunction. If he is being treated for depression, there are other antidepressants that work quite a lot better and do not have this side effect. Consult your physician with these concerns.

a tragic tale! yet his lack of ability to forgive himself is symptomatic. Had this tragic incident not befell, my wager is that he might have discovered something else to not forgive himself for. even with the certainty that that is speculative, that is in all probability that there are developmental subject concerns. persons that are services to drug habit, regularly lack the skill to effectively intergrate their concepts and emotions regularly ensuing in undesirable judgments and impulsivity. in the event that they could make it to 20-5 with out severe effects, they provide the impact of being to have a extra effective effect. some researchers experience that it takes a minimum of that long for his or her "frontal lobes" to mature- the administrative area of the concepts. different behavioral indices comprise undesirable impact modulation with temper outbursts or a smoldering unjustified international resentment alongside with a nebulous self-theory. purely my longwinded way of asserting that it became probable purely the top of the iceberg. besides the undeniable fact that it is not in any respect too overdue to forgive your self and that is not in any respect too overdue to alter. all of us own impressive resilence. I wish him the wonderful of success.
