can someone help me with this metacafe.com download issue?

i try to download metacafe but i keep geting a window pop up that says "you must be conected to the internet to download metacafe"

i have my aol runing and ive also tried it with internet explorer runing but the same thing happens.

why does this happen and how can i fix it?

Plainly you are having problems with your Internet connection

No - then it's the Firewall (stop using your work PC for illegal downloads).
