I really need help i got an Mp3 player for Chrismas and one day it like lost all my memory (but not really cuz it in there but it will not let show it no more but it is still in ther) and then it will not let me like upload anything to it no more
and when i try to add another file or make a file it says ""Unable to create the ""New Folder"" and then it says the directory or file cannt be created"" i really need help plz help me
can this error even be repair??

It's probably not worth the cost of its repair. Try to format the memory of the player. Perhaps the memory is already full. Did you check?

Format it. (this will delete all files on it, but you can put the files back on it later.) Plug it in, click start, my computer, right click the icon of your MP3, click format. When format is completed try again to upload music, and media. If this dosen't work contact the manufacturer of your MP3 they can definitely help.
