Your only option is to upgrade to a pci-e.

There is no point of playing Oblivion without all the eye candy turned on.

No! 'normal' PCI slots are too slow. It would be ok for old games, perhaps. But not Oblivion...Oblivion is a quite graphical. My AGP card is a bit slow for it. (AGP is faster than PCI)

yeah theres also a xp patch out for low end video cards that allows it to play on slow machines. I would just search google for it i cant think of the site off the top of my head right now!

Sure there are. Check www.intel.com and see if you can find a decent video card there. If not, try eBay or newegg.com
