you need an adjustable spanner, and tighten the nut, under the bonnet, marked "faster/slower", in a clockwise direction, towards the "faster" arrow.
you may need to install a louder stereo, a blue strip light, and an aerofoil, on the boot, to achieve full speed.

well if you don't want to spend any money the best thing is make sure you have a clean air filter all the time and lean the mixure out but only a little bit at a time untill it is making good rpms but it takes skill to know when that is because if you go to far the engine will over heat and ruin it.
