How do I avoid getting "raccoon eyes" when I tan?

Im ultra paranoid when I tan and make sure my goggles are on right because I dont want my eyes like getting infected and gross.... buuuuuuuuuuuuut I HATE RACCOON EYES
my whole face is dark but around my eyes
idk what to do.... cuz im too paranoid to not cover up my eyes...

is there anything i can do to make it less noticeable or another method instead of goggles to protect my eyes when i tan

they have these things (or they did a couple years ago at least) that are shaped like your eyeball without a little bar that goes over your nose So they're two separate pieces, one for each eye... that should help, your eyelids will still be light but just put eyeshadow on and your good to go...

here's what i do i find a foundation fake tan etc that's the skin color of my tan on my face therefore i don't get raccoon eyes i hope i helped

don't tan at all!the tanning foam and spray is best,Neutrogena and Loreal make one exclusively for face,NATURAL is best!!
