call the dealer, that's a brand new freakin car. it shouldn't die. then get a Toyota or a Honda. Benzes sound like crap cars to me.

2009 is the better choice as it is YOUNGER, not much use. Therefore the car is in better condition, you spend money on the MILEAGE on the car. No the year, unless there is a different between design.

if you left the light on and car wont start,get a jump. have the battery and alternator checked.
