I'll try
suppose you want to copy and paste this sentence.

1.Left-click in front of the "s" now hold down the left mouse button and drag your mouse across to the "."
now release the left mouse button
the sentence should now be in blue highlight
2.right-click anywhere in the blue highlight and select copy
3.Now open the program you want to past to (in your case email)
4.place the mouse/cursor where you want to paste your sample sentence
5.now right-click and select paste

to copy any entire page press crtl+A and follow steps 2 thru 5
Happy Computing

Its quite simple. If you wanna do this for:

TEXT... highlight the selected text by holding down your left mouse button and dragging across what you wanna cut. then either click your right mouse button and select CUT. Then just right click whereevr you wanna paste it and right click again and select PASTE.

Or another way is to use your keyboard by pressing CTRL Z...and then CTRL V. (CUT and PASTE)

FILE OR ANOTHER OBJECT...

left click and select cut...and then do the same but paste it whereevr you want it.

I know thats alot of instructions, but I just want to be sure you get it right, ok.

Follow these instructions and you cant go wrong....let me know if you need anymore help.

highlight the text and right click the mouse, select copy if you want to copy, right click again and choose cut. Then position your mouse where you want to paste the information and right click the mouse again and choose paste. Might be easier for you to highlight the text and go to edit on the tool bar and choose copy, cut and then paste. Hope this helped.

Highlight with your mouse the text to be copied by pressing the left mouse button and over desired text.
Right click on the highlighted area, click copy.

Paste where desired.

What do you want to cut? Files or texts? Images?

Right click on what you want to cut, and select "cut" from the menu. Then go to the place which you want to move it to, and right click and click on paste.
