This is a classic question that deserves an appropriate answer.
As an example there are 239 thousand people unemployed in Wales out of a population of 2.5 m. During the last twelve months 520,630 people have moved into Wales from various parts of the U.K
Within this figure there are X number of immigrants from all over the world.
The result of this is house prices escalating beyond the reach of the first time purchaser, too many people chasing after too few jobs, ( history repeating itself, the 1930's.) result poverty wages, and those who are employed working unsocial hours in order to keep their head above water.
But worst of all the creation of the old Tory policy of divide and rule and blame your foreign neighbour for the mess instead of the Tory party Mark 3 New Labour. If there were no immigrants in the country they would play one area of the U.K against the other in order to maintain the status quo i.e. buggins turn next, Con, Lab, or Lib. Take your choice they are all the same.
This example is being repeated throughout the U.K in various forms.

Just come back from Tesco. Thought I'd see what was on the bargain shelf. I couldn't get anywhere near it due to all the foreigners ring fencing it with their trolleys. And they won't move away, stay there waiting for their mates. Too many of them. The indigenous population is being taken for fools by this Government and the day will come when we say enough is enough.

They are just here to drain this country of its wealth, then they'll leave. so dont worry about it. And labour is trying to speed up the process by giving our money away to the new EU countries anyway.
