Oh boy, yes they can bleed horribly.
Fibroids are benign tissue growths that develop from the muscular wall of the uterus or cervix composed of connective tissue and muscle. They can vary in size and number.
Many women are unaware that they have fibroids because they do not have any symptoms. The most common symptoms of fibroids are heavy, painful or irregular periods.
Fibroids may also cause discomfort through pressure on the bowel or the bladder since both these organs lie close to the uterus.
Though good news is that cancer in a fibroid is very rare.

Since the real causes of uterine fibroids are complex, it goes to follow that their treatment should also be multidimensional. A wide variety of treatments, ranging from simple medicinal drugs to complex surgeries, are available for addressing uterine fibroid symptoms. However, if you are looking for a safe and natural form of remedy, it is best to take a holistic approach to your condition.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/lavPo
