For me, there are none.
I've consciously decided not to continually carry any heavy burdens from the past.
That's not saying that I don't remember. I just don't let those kinds of thoughts weigh me down.

I can't recall anything that haunts me, but I do have a lot of bad memories. I don't think it's good to have something from your past haunting you, because you might never be able to have a good and happy life if you do. You have to put the past behind you and move on.

The death of 2 of my friends. Both froze to death in Ohio. One on Christmas morning and the other on Christmas Eve 1 year later. The first was an accident, the second was also declared an accident but I never believed it.

November 27 1998. I took on (as in to fight them guns drawn) the federal police and met my own "Waterloo" I lost and paid the price.

The abuse I received from my father-the worst, my mother-the next worst, and my sister. My parents have died and I've stopped talking to my sister because I don't deserve to be treated the way she treated me.
