This ofer probably seems to good to be true - so I've no doubt it is.
He has posted this on lots fo sites, but his business doesn't seem to exist. If he is a legal lender, he must be FSA of FISA registered in the UK - ask for details of his company number, registration with offical bodies and regulators etc. If he answers, check his details on http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ , http://www.fsa.gov.uk and http://www.fisa.co.uk .
Bet you my keyboard he won't answer or will try to bluff his way out of it!

Do not know of this offer personally but have seen many similar ones that turned into heartbreaking scams. The bottom line is any business that offers deals that are this free and easy would be out of business almost from the instant they posted such an offer if it were true. Paste your own cliches here (buyer beware, no free lucnches ,if it sounds too good...etc...)
