im in sixth grade and most of the sixth grade has myspaces. when should i get one and when did u get one

i have one right now. it's on private. i lie about everything. i always make sure when i sign on that the search bar is www.myspace.com so no one can hack into my account. my parents check everything i do because they r computer tecnicians and can see EVERY TIHNG i do without history! so yeah also put a complete other state town. address. zip code. Age. picture. i only use it for the friends! don't do it until at least 7th grade and make sure u do everything i said.you'll be MUCH SAFER!

I think you need to wait until you are at least 16 years old, isn't that the rules on myspace? If you do go on sooner, why do you want to? I would talk to your parents and have them make sure you have limited access to others profiles and that others have limited access to your profile. There is a lot of scary business going on, not just myspace, but in the Internet thing in general. Be very wise, street smart, and the more open you are with your parents, the better it will be! Trust me, I know from our own kids. : ) Just because others have a myspace in 6th grade, doesn't make it right either. I would be a leader, not a follower, you might find it hard but it's even harder if you get into stuff, you can't get yourself out of!!! Good luck!

im almost 14 and i still havent gotten one!! my parents say no.. i think myspace doesnt allow you t ohave one if you are under either 14 or 16.. but everyone does anyways because theres no way for myspace to really know how old you are. theres not really a certain time that you should get one.. i guess just whenever you feel like getting one.. but if i were you i would wait til 7th or 8th grade just to be on the safe side =)) .. and if you do get one soon.. you should set it to private.. definately!

Personally, my space is an addiction, and you shouldn't get one. I had one in 6th grade, and it was SO addicting. Unless you want to start more drama in your life, don't make one. All you do is comment pictures, and wait on every comment to come in. The truth is, the comments are FAKE! They only comment YOU, so you will comment THEM! I hope this helps. i have 360 from yahoo. a lot of my friends are on it.
i don't like myspace, it's slow loading and takes forever to switch to different people.

don't get a myspace i got one and it ifected my computer with viruses and someone hacked into my account and worte "bad" things! o i would say don't get a myspace and don't add ppl you don't know they could be bad ppl!
